Digital is changing the world as we know it today. It is a key enabler and the biggest disruptor of our time. For small businesses and charities, it can make the difference between thriving or succumbing to an increasingly competitive environment.
Our partners at Lloyds Banking Group will be presenting the sixth edition of the Business and Charity Digital Index and for the first time producing two focused publications. One publication is for small business, and one for charity, allowing Lloyds Banking Group to deepen the conversation, and explore insights in more detail.
There will be two separate strands of the event for the separate publications, but there will be also an opportunity to network across both audiences.
The Business and Charity Digital Index research combines a blend of transactional data, behavioural insights and case study stories.
This year’s launch will be held at Coin Street Community Centre, a social enterprise investing all of its profits back into the South Bank community and surrounding organisations.
