The deadline is looming to enter DigitalAgenda’s Impact Awards, as the UK’s leading tech for good honour enters its last eleven days for entries. If you’re using digital for purpose as well as profit, enter now to ensure your project gets the recognition it deserves.

The deadline for entries is 23.59 on Monday 16 December. You can enter here.

DigitalAgenda’s Impact Awards, now in their third year, have become the UK’s leading celebration of tech for good innovation. They are open to any UK-operating business, government or non-profit using digital products or services for positive social or environmental impact.

Past winners include profit-with-purpose ventures what3words, Bulb Energy and Babylon Health, with non-profits like Founders4Schools and Citizens Advice, and public sector organisations such as NHS 111 Online and HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

The awards have 12 categories covering three broad themes of people, society and business, with four categories in each. New award categories up for grabs this year are aimed at individuals making a difference in tech for good: Impact Investor and Tech for Good Entrepreneur of the Year.

The 2020 awards event will happen in March at the Oval Space in London. An afternoon awards ceremony is followed by an evening reception, giving winners a chance to celebrate and all guests the chance to connect.

Judging will take place in January 2020, with the finalists announced on the 30th of January. All finalists will be entered into our People’s Choice category. As well as a trophy, our winners gain access to our exclusive network of innovators and investors, along with editorial coverage.

The DigitalAgenda judging panel consists of tech for good industry experts, with Nominet CEO Russell Haworth, Public Digital’s Mike Bracken, and techUK’s Jacqueline de Rojas, among others.

Entries will be judged against five criteria: idea, product/service, team, scalability and impact. You can read the entry guidelines here.

If you are working in technology for social or environmental good, we want you to enter.
