The Impact Awards are open to any UK-founded or operating organisation, or individual – whether in the business, non-profit or public sector – using a digital product or service that looks to make the world a better place. There is no cost involved in entering.

Entries are judged against five main criteria:

  • Idea – the core proposition
  • Digital Innovation
  • Team – the skills, experience and diversity of the people working on the project
  • Scalability – plans to grow
  • Impact – how the project or person is making a positive change to the lives of individuals and society as a whole.

Finalists will be announced in January, with the awards ceremony happening in March in the iconic Oval Space in London. Unlike other awards events, the Impact Awards offers super-engaging on-stage content and plenty of time for our guests to meet and connect with each other. Last year, the event was hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, with keynotes from Margot James, National Lottery Community Fund CEO Dawn Austwick, OLIO CEO Tessa Clark, and Nominet’s Eleanor Bradley, among others.

Finalists receive one year’s free membership to the DigitalAgenda network, offering them discounted tickets to DigitalAgenda events, and exclusive networking sessions. This year, Impact Awards finalists enjoyed an exclusive reception at the House of Commons, and an insightful workshop with GovTech accelerator PUBLIC, among other events.

Applying is easy and free. We look forward to reading your submissions.
