DigitalAgenda shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.

You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your sole risk and discretion. The Site and all content and other information contained on the Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall DigitalAgenda or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the content and other information obtained therein.

Event Cancellations by Delegates.
To cancel a place on DigitalAgenda events, notice of cancellation must be given by email to [email protected].

If you cancel your place 28 days or less prior to the event date, we are unable to issue a refund, however, you can transfer your place to another colleague. Please contact us [email protected] to make a ticket transfer.

Notice on Filming and Photography at Events.

When attending events organised by DigitalAgenda (‘the organisers’), by entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for blogs, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the organisers, their affiliates and representatives.
Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future and highlight the event. Unless you notify the organisers ahead of the event that you do not wish to appear on video, audio recordings or on photographs, you release organisers and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
Unless the organisers are notified in advance, ahead of the event, by entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.
You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the organisers or the person or entity designated to do so by the organisers.
